1. How long will it take for my order to be completed?
Production times will vary by the specifics of your order.
2. All orders should be paid in full BEFORE we start production. Please note production will not start until we receive payment in full AND proofs are approved.
3. Virtual Proofs.
Please allow 24 hrs for your virtual proofs to become available. All change requests and final proof approvals must be submitted exclusively through your dedicated customer dashboard. We are unable to process approvals or modification requests submitted via any other external communication channel.
4. We kindly ask you to review all details on your invoice carefully, including quantity, color, and customization requests. Once payment is received, we assume all information on the invoice is correct and proceed with processing your order. If you notice any discrepancies or mistakes, please contact us immediately to ensure a smooth and accurate fulfillment process.
5. Returns
Custom items cannot be returned. However, if you received damaged items please reach out to us at info@gateway-apparel.com within 10 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. There will be a payment link at the bottom of the invoice to complete payment.
